Masters Rowing

ARC offers both competitive and recreational training opportunities for adults. All rowers are coached to gain fitness, power and speed while continuing to improve technique. Everyone is encouraged to participate in local scrimmages and regional regattas scheduled by the coaching team. Those wishing to compete should be committed to train hard and be willing to travel to selected races. Rowers who cannot or do not want to commit to racing receive the same training.

Both morning and evening practices are offered, and members may row at either time, or may switch between morning and evening practices. Rowers are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to start time to warm up and get organized.

Cost Per Season

Masters athletes can sign up for two options:

In the spring, summer and fall, athletes can choose from 10 different practices a week
