The year of rowing begins in the fall season with various head races and culminates in State and National competitions in spring, or Club Nationals and the Canadian Henley in summer. Albany Rowing Center now offers rowers who are serious about improving their skills the opportunity to get a head start on the fall season with a week or two of rigorous training.

Great as technical tune-up for experienced rowers while providing newcomers with an efficient, thorough transition from summer camps into the sport. Coaches will focus on technique and a variety of intensive land sessions such as core strengthening, ergometer review, and training talks.
