This program is designed for experienced rowers who want to train hard and row competitively. The program's primary focus is intermediate sweep and sculling including heavyweight, lightweight and masters. This program attracts former collegiate rowers, graduates from the ARC novice programs and collegiate rowers who are living in the Capital District for the summer. These athletes compete in a full schedule of regional races.
