	Head of the Hudson: Penalties Buoys Again, there are no buoy penalties. Racing in the powerboat lane will add more than 10 seconds to your time and is penalty enough! Interference - 60 seconds Impeding the progress of an overtaking boat or stopping before the final buoy (not to mention the risk of another crew plowing into you!). Severe Safety Violations - 60 seconds up to disqualification Rowing North in the racing lane, either before or after racing. Rowing the wrong way in the warm-up area.
